underwhelming stay

small roomunclean bathroom
I wasn't thrilled with my stay. the room was quite small (i probably should have paid more attention to the description). the shared bathroom situation wasn't ideal either, as it was pretty cramped and not always clean. i had to go to another floor to shower. It was a total inconvenience and occasionally not very clean.

the location is well connected. Buses to shepherd's bush overground and underground metro are easily accessible. The café downstairs proved convenient for grabbing a quick meal.
the bathroom was quite small. I found it difficult to use the toilet seat with the door closed. the water was freezing cold so I had to use the public showers.

Amazing Stay Near Holland Park!

great locationhelpful staffdelicious breakfasttraffic noise
This place has an awesome location near an underground station! It makes getting around super easy. I also found the staff very helpful. They provided quick assistance when I needed it. The on-site café offered a convenient and delicious option for breakfast each morning.
The traffic outside created a lot of noise. Thin window panes made it difficult to sleep soundly at night. I hope they improve the soundproofing in the rooms soon!

The really clean rooms impressed me. The building maintains olde world charm with well-kept facilities. Showers in the shared facilities were also lovely. I found the delightfully fluffy towels to be a nice touch.
The shared bathroom wasn't on the same floor! which was a little inconvenient.
